PAYMENT TERMS: NET 30

ORDER SHIPPED:
Via Air Orders shipped same day if placed by 4:00 p.m. PST
Ground Orders shipped same day if placed by 2:00 p.m. PST
Hours of Operation:
9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. PST; Monday – Friday
RETURNS
- Bearings must be returned within 5 days of receipt.
- All returns require prior authorization.
- All bearings must be shipped with pre-paid freight.
- All bearings must be in original boxes, unopened and unused.
SHORTAGE / DAMAGE:
Claims must be reported within 3 days of receipt of shipment.
CANCELLATION:
- Special and Blanket orders are non-cancelable.
- A minimum of 10% and up to 100% of cancellation charges may be applied on all items returned or cancelled unless due to error on our part.
PAST DUE ACCOUNT:
All past due accounts will be charged 1.5% per month finance charges starting 30 days from date of invoice.
INVENTORY:
- All the bearings are premium Japanese or European Brand.
- Prices and Availability are subject to change without prior notice.
